Luis Agramunt holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a master’s degree in European Union law from the Free University of Brussels, and completed the Harvard University Law School.



Luis Agramunt, a lawyer trained in International Business Law, has specialized throughout his more than 30 years of professional experience in Entrepreneurship and Business Expansion in the United States with an emphasis on processing E-1 Trader and Services Visas and E-2 Investor Visas.
Luis Agramunt is trilingual in Spanish, English and Catalan, with fluency in French at a legal level.
Luis Agramunt has been Co-Founder of Juris Magister USA in 1992 in the United States, and Founder of Juris Magister Abogados in Spain in 2017. A member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1989 with membership number 16,694, he began his professional practice in Barcelona in January 1990 as a specialist in European Union Law. In 1992, he settled in Miami, Florida, and in 1993 he was certified as a Foreign Legal Counsel by the Florida Supreme Court for the International Law Section of the Florida Bar with membership number 938483. He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1993 with membership number 05725510.



With more than 30 years of professional practice in the United States , Luis Agramunt has represented public and private institutions committed to promoting economic and commercial development between Spain and the United States, along with companies, investors and professionals from various sectors in their establishment and/or expansion processes in the United States.
He is the author of reference works such as “Destination: United States” (2012) and the “Manual for Entrepreneurship in the United States” (2020) , where he shares keys, tools and reflections resulting from his professional experience.
Additionally, he actively participates as a speaker in seminars and programs on business implementation in the U.S. , and has published in various specialized legal journals . His commitment to promoting economic development is also reflected in his participation in pro bono initiatives, strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
